Natural History Museum Vienna

The Natural History Museum Vienna (NHM) is special because it houses one of the world's largest natural history collections - with around 30 million objects.

One highlight is the Venus of Willendorf, an almost 30,000-year-old stone figure that is one of the most important prehistoric exhibits

In the dinosaur hall, huge dinosaur skeletons and models bring prehistoric times to life - including interactive stations and animations.

The museum has an outstanding meteorite collection, a historically significant mineral section and artistically impressive objects such as glass jellyfish replicas or old wax representations of human parasites.

The museum also offers special experience tours, such as "Over the Roofs of Vienna", where you can also take a look behind the scenes and enjoy a view over the city.
