Description
Since 2013, freestyle pros from around the world have been gathering every fall at the Stubai Zoo Snowpark to prepare for the upcoming competition season at the Stubai Prime Park Sessions.
Every year, in addition to the Pro Line, the so-called Prime Line is set up—a run featuring three large kickers that is used exclusively by participants in the Stubai Prime Park Sessions.
Olympic champions such as snowboarder Anna Gasser and snowboarder Brock Crouch take to the Prime Line, as does freeski world champion Andri Ragettli from Switzerland. But the German and Austrian freestyle teams led by Matej Svancer, Lukas Müllauer, and others are also there every year. As do plenty of journalists and TV crews, who use the preseason to gather footage for upcoming video projects, clips, and much more.
The Stubai Prime Park Sessions are organized by Legs of Steel.
SINGLE LINE
During the Stubai Prime Park Sessions, there may be longer wait times at the Gaisskar T-bar lift on Run 5, especially on weekends. To reduce wait times for you and the athletes participating in the Stubai Prime Park Sessions, there is a “single line” where the athletes queue up. They fill empty seats on the T-bar lift to prevent single-rider or empty runs. We therefore ask for your understanding that there is a separate line for the athletes. And who knows—maybe you’ll even get the chance to ride the lift with an Olympic champion?
TRAINING TIMES & USE OF THE PRIME LINE
Training on the Prime Line during the Stubai Prime Park Sessions generally takes place from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 2:00 p.m. The Prime Line is reserved for athletes participating in the Stubai Prime Park Sessions and may only be used by participants in the Stubai Prime Park Sessions.
