Our history
Our eldest brother, Lennart, brought his interest in craft beer from Amsterdam to Carinthia when he was a student.
At the end of 2019, he and his younger brother Tilman came up with the idea of creating their own recipes and initially brewing them on a very small scale in their own kitchen. The experiments matured in a four-liter glass fermenter. The interest of his third and youngest brother Linus was soon aroused. Together we decided that we wanted to share our beers with you and brew them on a larger scale.
Numerous brewing experiments later, we created and refined a recipe that finally resulted in the New England IPA with the resounding name Schnepfenstrauß in 2022.
Our first creation is a pleasant, very fruity beer that impresses with passion fruit and mango notes. We brewed it for you at Bierol in Schwoich, Tyrol.
