House rules

Welcome to our vacation apartments!

Dear guests,

We are delighted that you are spending your vacation in our private vacation apartment. We have made every effort to provide a comfortable and homely interior and hope that you will have a wonderful vacation with us.

Through the following house rules, we would like to give you an idea of how we would ideally like the apartment and the inventory to be treated. We have also drawn up some rules that we hope you will understand. Ultimately, by treating the apartment properly, you will help us to continue to provide you with a beautiful vacation home in the future.

General

Please contact us in confidence if you need help or miss something in the furnishings.

Of course, all items in the apartment and on the balcony are intended to be used. We assume that you will treat the furnishings and fixtures with care. We ask you to treat the rental property with care and to encourage your fellow travelers to do the same,

Please note that only guests registered with us are allowed to stay in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding 😊

From a stay of five nights, I will replace the towels in the middle of your vacation and dispose of the garbage. Please refrain from watering the flowers in summer, as they need additional fertilizer.

Kitchen

We ask that dishes, glasses, pots and the like are only put away in the cupboards when clean.

For smokers

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but there is an ashtray on the balcony.

Please note that it is an old farmhouse and was built entirely of wood.

Keys

The apartment keys also fit the front door. Please pay attention to this, because in case of loss you are liable for the replacement costs.

Bathroom

Please do not dispose of leftover food or hygiene products in the toilet. Since we do not allow your laundry to be washed in the bathtub, we offer to wash and dry your laundry for a small fee.

Quiet times

In the interest of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe the night's rest from 11:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Damage

Of course, nobody damages anything on purpose, but it can still happen. Please let us know if something has been broken so that we don't have to wait until the final cleaning to find out. You are liable for any damage in the amount of the replacement costs.

Parking

If we provide you with a parking space in our parking lot, this creates a safekeeping agreement. However, we are not liable for the loss of or damage to vehicles parked in the parking lot or their contents.

Duty of care

We ask you to close windows and doors when you leave the apartment to avoid damage caused by storms.

Furthermore ...

... we ask you not to bring pets.

We are not liable for the valuables of our tenants.

In addition to the accommodation costs, the rental price includes bed linen, towels and tea towels.

By booking the apartment you accept the house rules.

We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and recreation. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

If you leave burn marks or holes on the floor, furniture or linen, we will have to charge you the replacement costs in addition.
