Bacon and wine tasting

Try typical South Tyrolean cheese and wine in our rustic bacon parlour. In the bacon parlour the bacon strips used to ripen. Today we use ours for social gatherings, because with sooty walls, home-baked bread in the bread frame and heavy wooden tables the Speckstube invites you to spend cosy hours at a bacon and wine tasting.
