Bread & strudel market

Vinschger Paarlen, Schüttelbrot and South Tyrolean apple strudel. Rustic baked goods have a long

tradition in Bressanone/Brixen. It is not without reason that there are around 10 baker's stores in the old town alone

that surprise visitors with their own products. On the first weekend in October, everything in Bressanone/Brixen revolves around traditional baked goods with

regional products from South Tyrol. At the South Tyrolean bread and strudel market, savory and

sweet creations can be tasted and enjoyed on the cathedral square.
