Together we go on a Nordic walking tour in the fresh mountain air around the hotel. On the way, we will strengthen our stamina and circulation and integrate simple mobilization and active exercises for the whole body.
Ideal for an active start to the day or as a balance on vacation.
Please bring sportswear, sturdy shoes and plenty to drink. Sticks available if required.
