Description
Together with mountain hiking guide and herbal medicine practitioner Theresa Sommerbichler, you will hike to the summit of the Hochglocker. You will not only enjoy the surrounding panorama, but also learn interesting facts about the local herbs and trees. Once at the top, you will make a product for your own natural pharmacy and prepare a herbal snack. Descent like ascent. If you wish, you can stop off at the Rettenebenalm on the descent. The hike only takes place in good weather and involves a short transfer to the starting point.
Meeting point start: every Monday, 09.00 am parking lot of the Alpendorf gondola lift (info office ground floor)

Duration: approx. 6 hours, until approx. 15.00 (longer with a stop at Rettenebenalm)
Condition: medium condition approx. 550 vertical meters
Prerequisites: Hiking clothing (incl. rain and sun protection), sturdy shoes, rucksack and drinks, tick protection
Children: from 12 years accompanied by an adult
Participants: max. 15 people
Participation only with registration at reception by 4.00 pm the day before!
