Pets and Rules for Dogs

"Allowed in hotel: Pets are allowed in the hotel.

General policy and costs: Gladly you can enjoy your vacation together with your four-legged friend (only on request). We would like to inform you that dogs are allowed in the rooms of the Residence and Excelsior Castle and that there is an extra charge of 35.00 € per day, excluding meals. We kindly ask that you do not bring your dog into the common areas, such as in the restaurant and wellness areas, out of respect for guests who may be afraid, or allergic to animal hair. Thank you sincerely for your understanding.

Inside: We kindly ask that you do not bring your dog into the common areas, such as in the restaurant (exception: The Stella Lounge can be reserved in advance to allow guests to enjoy meals together with their dog, as the room, being small in size, is more suitable to ensure a pleasant experience even with the presence of animals) and wellness areas, out of respect for guests who may be afraid, or be allergic to animal hair. Rules and restrictions: Access to areas: The restaurant, spa area, bed and sofa in the room are for owners only. Dogs are accepted only in designated areas (such as paths or in your own room). Exception for dogs: The Stella Lounge can be reserved in advance to allow guests to enjoy meals with their dog, as the room, being small in size, is better suited to ensure a pleasant experience even with the presence of pets.

Behavior in common areas: In all common areas and on the trails, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, especially those who may be afraid of dogs or suffer from fur allergies.

Hygiene and Needs Collection: Owners are asked to collect their dogs' needs using the appropriate bags. Needs should be disposed of in dog toilets and not in general waste bins."
