Description
What happens when, for a moment, we stop searching for solutions and begin to truly listen within? Often, this is when we discover what moves us, what gives us strength and what is ready to change.
Through coaching, Astrid invites you to make space for your thoughts, become aware of your feelings and explore new possibilities.
Combining Gestalt work, movement and the power of nature, she creates a personal journey that encourages you to rediscover your needs and potential – with mindfulness, vitality and a greater sense of ease.
