New from summer 2026: the Ninja Park at the Hochoetz reservoir
Adventure seekers take note: From summer 2026, a new highlight for adventure fans awaits in Hochoetz: the new Ninja Park at the reservoir. The course is Austria's first floating climbing park and delights with a variety of obstacles directly above the water. If you slip, you won't end up on a mat, but in the middle of the reservoir.
Family, friends or team-building: the course offers something for everyone - from easy access to real challenges. An experience that strengthens the body, skills and team spirit while providing plenty of fun.
Important information for the Ninja Park in Ötztal:
* PRICE SINGLE TICKET: Adults: € 19,- / Children: € 11,50
* MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age is 8 years. A minimum height of 1.20 m and swimming skills of at least 25 m are required. The maximum body weight is 120 kg.
* REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Wetsuit, life jacket and sturdy shoes are mandatory. You will receive the complete equipment directly on site and it is already included in the entrance fee. Neoprene shoes can be purchased on request, alternatively you can use your own closed shoes.
* TIME SCHEDULE: You should allow around 2 hours for your Ninja Park experience. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked start time for check-in. After the preparation and safety briefing, which takes about 30 minutes, you will have access to the park for a maximum of 60 minutes. You should then allow 30 minutes to check out, return your equipment and change. Showers are available.
* MOUNTAIN TRANSPORT & TICKETS: Please allow sufficient time for the gondola ride of around 10 minutes. For Central guests, a daily ride on the Acherkoglbahn is included in the free Ötztal Summer Card. The Acherkoglbahn runs daily from 09:00 - 16:15. Paid parking is available at the valley station.
