Details
Every Friday, a special time-out with gentle sounds, relaxation exercises and meditation music takes place in the Spannagel Cave from 1.00 pm to around 3.00 pm. Descend with Cornelia into the silence of the Spannagel Cave.
Procedure:
Gentle sounds & meditation music
Guided relaxation exercises
Space for silence, awareness & regeneration
Magical atmosphere underground, far away from stress, noise, electrosmog and cell phone radiation
Organizational details:
€ 55 per person incl. equipment & admission. Equipment & admission to the Spannagel Cave
The cable car ticket for the ascent is NOT included in the price.
Limited number of participants
Prerequisite for participation: No claustrophobia!
