Geigenbühelstraße 203, Seefeld in Tirol
Circular hike to the Reitherjochalm
From the parking lot, head straight into the rear Hermannstal valley, where the Woldrichsteig trail branches off to the right. After a short climb, the forest road slopes gently downward and joins the trail coming from the Maximilianhütte. Follow this trail on a slight incline to the Reitherjoch Alm.
The quickest way down is a fairly steep descent past the Maximilianhütte. You can return quite comfortably via the forest road and, on the final stretch, down a steep slope via the ski run to the funicular parking lot, or by staying on the forest road until it finally joins the road to the Maximilianhütte, where you cross the bypass road and turn right back onto the Römerweg to reach the starting point.
