Long, long you can run, here in Val d'Ega. Through the winter! Cross-country skiers enjoy an excellently prepared network of trails between the Dolomite giants Rosengarten, Latemar and the mountain resorts Karersee, Deutschnofen and Petersberg.

Cross-country skiing equipment can be rented at the ski rental shops in Val d'Ega in Carezza and Obereggen/Deutschnofen.

Use of the trails

The use of the cross-country skiing tracks in Welschnofen-Karersee is free of charge for all cross-country skiers.

Cross-country skiing maps for Nova Ponente and Lavazé are available at the Nova Ponente and Val Gardena tourist offices and online at eggental.com/cross-country-skiing, at all accommodation establishments, at the Skirent Eggental ski rental store and at the entry points at the Nova Ponente Sports Center, Hotel Pfösl, Pension Unterkaplun and Wölflhof.

Prices: Daily fee: 5,00 €; weekly ticket: 30,00 €; season ticket: 60,00 € ; season ticket with Lavazè: 160,00 €.
