In Austria's first show dairy, you can find out how your favorite products are made and take a look behind the scenes of hay milk refinement. Look over the cheesemakers' shoulders and find out how the hay milk gets from the alpine pasture into the packet. You can also convince yourself of the quality and taste of the creamy yoghurt variety at the "Genusslöffeln" (taste test).
