ROUTE:

The trail is technical; you follow the new S519 trail over the Gavia Pass State Road 300 towards the Plaghera locality, cross the Vacche bridge and climb to Dosso Tresero where you can stop for a packed snack and admire the vast panorama over the entire Valfurva. A very technical single track leads to first the pastures ofAlpe Cerena and then to Rifugio Stella Alpina where it is possible to stop. From here the stage continues along the paved road that leads to Rifugio Forni.

The stage is quite long on a high mountain trail and is recommended only for experienced bikers.
