International MUSEUM DAY

On Sunday, May 17, 2026, International Museum Day will also be celebrated in South Tyrol. The aim of this worldwide initiative is to highlight the thematic diversity of museums and emphasize their important role in cultural and social life. The event is organized annually by ICOM. This year’s motto is: “Museums unite a shared world.” The LUMEN Museum at the summit of Kronplatz also warmly invites visitors to discover its unique exhibits.
