Via ferrata Kitzlochklamm - medium to difficult

The Kitzlochklamm is certainly one of the most beautiful and impressive gorges in our Alpine region.

With 3 different via ferratas:

Klammblick / Freifall / Kitz Klettersteig

Difficulty: medium to difficult

Parking:

The parking lot is located directly at the gorge entrance

Opening times

17.05. - 30.09.2025 - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm // last admission at 5:00 pm

01.10. - 26.10.2025 - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm // last admission at 3:00 pm

Description:

The unique natural spectacle with numerous idyllic bays, towering jagged rock faces, an impressive hermitage and the spectacular bridge make the gorge a special kind of excursion for the whole family.

There is a large parking lot at the entrance to the gorge, from where you can take a leisurely tour of the Kitzlochklamm and feel the power of the water. It takes between 1 and 1.5 hours to visit the gorge.
