The Tux mill dating back to 1839 has been restored, preserving a piece of local culture. In the past, barley, which still thrives at our altitude, was grown and processed.
The barley flour was then used to bake bread and for pastries such as a delicious Kaiserschmarrn!
From mid-June to the end of September, you can watch every Monday
from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm,
how grain is ground into flour!
