The back school works according to the concept of sautogenesis: "What do I have to do to stay healthy"?
Shortened muscles are stretched, weakened muscles are trained. Our "Active Back School" is a combination of strengthening, stretching and mobilizing certain parts of the body that are relevant for good posture.
Our aim is to give you a good basis so that you are motivated to continue these exercises at home.
