Forest bathing to hang out is an ideal way to leave the efforts of the day behind. Together we can perceive the increasingly quiet forest environment with all our senses. As a certified course instructor for forest bathing, I lead exercises in mindfulness, meditation and breathing.


While hanging out in the hammocks provided by Binger Waldbaden, we spend a longer time together, which makes your connection with the forest even more special. Here you can individually address your senses that are particularly good for you.


Your benefit: Deep relaxation and a mindful experience of nature, so that you can enter the afternoon or evening in a relaxed state.


Dear forest bathing interested people, please note that your date selection is not yet 100% a fixed date, as we need at least 5 people for a group. After the request I will be happy to contact you by phone and we will coordinate together.
