Morning Flow - from bed directly onto the mat
"With our "Morning Flow" you start the day active and full of energy. The goal is to activate the whole body in order to start the day clear and in balance. After a short meditation followed by a gentle warm-up, we move powerfully through various yoga exercises (asanas). This includes in particular the common sun salutation. The yoga session ends with a final relaxation, in which body and mind can come to rest. A perfect start to the day."
