Description
This workshop with Astrid Herberg focuses not only on cornering training but also on overcoming mental blocks and fears while riding. Sharpening your riding awareness, improving your riding skills, and perfecting motorcycle safety in both theory and practice are Astrid’s absolute strengths.
It’s an ideal blend of mental training and riding practice in a beautiful area. The focus isn’t on covering loooads of kilometers, tackling many mountain passes, (or reaching high speeds) in a single day. We’ll be riding at a leisurely pace, divided into two groups (max. 5 women). There’s always time for breaks to chat, enjoy an espresso, and take photos! And when we return to the hotel in the afternoon, a stunning spa area and meditation session with Astrid await the participants.
