Arrival and departure

The chalet/apartment/room can be occupied between 3 pm and 6 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

If you arrive after 6 pm, please call us in good time on the following number: +43 5280 5300.

Late check-out is possible on request - we charge €30.00 for this (until 4 pm - by arrangement with reception the day before)

Payment

You can settle the bill by 6 pm on the day before departure or between 8 am and 10 am on the day of departure - we accept cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa card and American Express.
