Strengthen the deep muscles in the pelvis in this 60-minute session and promote a better body awareness and more stability. With mindful exercises, we focus on an important center of the body that plays a special role in posture, strength and well-being. The training supports conscious awareness of the pelvic floor and can help to strengthen the core of the body in the long term. Please come in comfortable, sporty clothing so that you can move freely. The meeting point is the activity and rehabilitation room.
