back training "in balance": improve your mobility and endurance.

The active week. The original has been a proven prevention program for 30 years and is always based on the latest development standards.



This program can only be booked including overnight stay! The costs for the health program in the amount of € 200.00 will be settled directly with your statutory health insurance after successful participation. You only pay your own share for accommodation and meals.

THE PROGRAMME

Varied back training:

Fascia training and full-body stabilization

Yoga for the back

Aquajogging (in the summer months)

Introduction to the functional technique of walking and walking school

Varied walking: medical walking, fascia walking,

reactive walking

Pure relaxation through mindfulness and body awareness,

Progressive muscle relaxation and yoga


Accompanied by qualified sports scientist Katja Eberle

and sports instructor Stefan Gerber.
