Experience special moments of indulgence at our in-house restaurant in Büsum. We look forward to delighting your taste buds with our exquisite dishes. Enjoy a wide variety of traditional and modern culinary delights. We always place great emphasis on regional ingredients and sustainability. For example, we source fish exclusively from the North Sea—primarily from our partners “Frisch Gefischt” and “Hummer Pedersen”—and meat from the Burmeister farm butchery in North Frisia. Of course, vegans and vegetarians will also find plenty to enjoy on our menu.
Our stylish restaurant is located right here in our main building, and during the warmer months from April through October, you’ll also have the opportunity to dine on our idyllic outdoor terrace.
