Fasting hikes in Chorin offer the perfect time-out to bring body and mind into harmony. Surrounded by the idyllic nature of the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve, you hike at a gentle pace through forests and along lakes while concentrating on fasting. The combination of movement, silence and conscious deceleration helps you to leave everyday life behind and find inner peace. In this harmonious environment, you can relax, regenerate and recharge your batteries.


Daily routine:


7.30 am

In the hotel, the tea bar is available in the common room for a "morning drink".


8.00 am

We meet in front of the hotel and do some light exercise for everyone.


9.00 am

Communal morning meditation


10.00 am

We gather in front of the hotel for the two- to four-hour hike together. To ensure that everyone gets their money's worth on the tour and that it is a good experience for everyone, a shortcut is offered depending on your needs. The journey and personal satisfaction are the goal!


Every 60 minutes

We take a drink break approximately every 60 minutes. Drinking water and tea regularly is important for the elimination of "waste products", i.e. metabolic waste products.


12.00 h

At lunchtime, we take a longer break and enjoy our freshly squeezed juice. A little later on the hike, we have a spoonful of honey.

 

We also respect the needs and rhythm of each individual during the hike. Those who want to be alone for a moment are just as welcome as those who prefer to be in a group. Talking or silence, just as you need it. Processes take place not only physically, but also on a mental and emotional level. We have great understanding for this. Sometimes a clarifying conversation helps.


14.00 - 16.00

We return to the hotel. Until the evening we have enough time for the liver wrap, wellness, reading, strolling, sleeping etc. or simply to think about the highlights of the day again and enjoy them.

 

After returning to the hotel, the tubs are ready for the detoxifying alkaline foot bath 

. Massages are available for an extra charge.


5.00 pm

In the afternoon, we offer back fitness gymnastics. So that everyone gets their money's worth, it combines elements of yoga, Pilates and back strengthening.


18.00

In the evening, the fine aroma of bouillon invites us to enjoy an "evening drink" together. During the dessert tea we are informed about the evening program.


19.00

Interesting lectures on health and nutrition enrich our knowledge.
