I would like to invite you to come to rest. With the help of movement and breathing exercises, short stories and food for thought, we will develop routines together in this session. I don't just want to give you a good time, I also want to give you a craft to help you create your own islands of calm in stressful everyday life.
The session will last approx. 40 minutes. Afterwards there will be time for an exchange and questions.
You need comfortable clothes in which you feel comfortable and can move well, a small drinking bottle and possibly warm socks. Take good care of yourself. This session is all about YOU and YOUR well-being.
