The Palatinate onion tart is made with plenty of onions, bacon, and a savory topping, and served fresh out of the oven. It pairs especially well with a glass of Palatinate wine.
Every Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., our onion tart is available as part of the lunch menu at the Genussmarkt restaurant, freshly prepared live at the front-cooking station.
