Alpine pasture day in the Villgraten Valley

Today we are visiting the Moosalm in the Villgratental valley.

We drive 8 km from our holiday resort to the Villgratental valley in our own cars and park them at the restaurant Reiterstube (address: Reiterstube, Außervillgraten 108, 9931 Außervillgraten).

We walk for about 30 minutes to the Moosalm (suitable for pushchairs with large wheels), where we taste some selfmade butter, and round off the day at the ‘Alm-Kneipp’, where we get our circulation going with cold spring water (please bring a towel).

Tip for the afternoon: It takes about 10 minutes by car from the car park/Reiterstube to reach the Volkzeinerhut, where you can stop for a bite to eat and relax.
