Pure Relaxation: We immerse ourselves in a nourishing and deeply relaxing Yin practice for body, mind, and soul. By holding the various positions for longer periods, we achieve an intense effect that reaches deep into our muscles, tendons, ligaments, and even bones. Our connective tissue is stimulated, which in turn promotes overall circulation throughout the body. Step by step, we reach a profound state of relaxation, which has a calming and stress-reducing effect. As part of the Seven Senses Yoga Retreat, this class is accompanied by essential oils to facilitate an even deeper sense of relaxation.
