Welcome to a 45 min lunch yoga at Åre Hembygdsgård! Let go of the old, stagnated energy and welcome in a new flow for the rest of the day with the help of a calm vinyasa class. Everyone is welcome, whether you are a beginner or standing on your hands in lotus position!

After 45 min of yoga, you have the option to stay for a 15 min mindfulness, which includes guided meditation or breathing practice.

After the yoga, you have the opportunity to enjoy a homemade lunch or coffee at Åre Hembygdsgård together with other participants from the class, or in a nice company with yourself.

The yoga mats are on site and we will be outdoors on the lawn, weather permitting.

Price: 222 SEK

If you live in Åre municipality, you get a 30% discount (SEK 155 per class).

Welcome to a 45-minute lunch yoga class at Åre Hembygdsgård! Let go of the old, stagnant energy and welcome a new flow for the rest of the day, with the help of a gentle vinyasa class. Everyone is welcome, whether you're a beginner or performing handstands in lotus position!

After 45 minutes of yoga, you have the opportunity to stay for a 15-minute mindfulness practice, which includes guided meditation or breathing exercises.

After the yoga session, you have the option to enjoy a homemade lunch or have a Swedish fika (coffee break) at Åre Hembygdsgård with other participants from the class, or in pleasant company with yourself.

Yoga mats are available, and we will be outdoors on the grass, if the weather permits.
