Cross-country skiing is considered the healthiest of all sports: it works almost all muscle groups, the movements are gentle on the joints, and plenty of fresh air is included. Join our guide on the trail and enjoy the magic of cross-country skiing away from the hustle and bustle. After a short warm-up and an introduction to classic cross-country technique, you’ll set out on your first excursions along the Steinbock Trail. Along the way, there will be plenty of time to refine your technique with the guide and get tips on the right equipment and ski preparation.

Meeting point: 1:30 p.m. at the Birkenwies bus stop (Steinbock Trail entrance)

Duration: approx. 2 hours

Price: €48.00 (excluding cross-country skiing equipment), not suitable for children.

What to bring: Cross-country skiing equipment (your own or rented)
