Getting connected - to ourselves, and creating an island of regeneration in our fast-paced world. Mindfulness allows us to act more consciously from within, rather than functioning and reacting on the outside.
Each person is different, so we explore different techniques to practice mindfulness. A special focus is on "natural" breathing, and based on that, breathing techniques from the yogic and Zen Buddhist traditions.
Therefore, this offer is also wonderfully suited for people who are recovering from respiratory illnesses, or who simply want to give their breath more space.
Get out of the head cinema!
The special thing about our approach is that the body is also consciously integrated with body awareness exercises. In this way, calmness and serenity, relaxation and clarity can arise in, with and through the body.
