Caroma coffee is roasted with passion and expertise by Valentin Hofer, the first Italian coffee sommelier, in Fiè allo Sciliar (South Tyrol). Only the best beans find their way into the roasting drum - where they are gently refined using the traditional long-term roasting process.

Why is this so special? Each coffee bean contains up to 800 aromas, which are only brought to life by the right roasting process. Thanks to Valentin Hofer's experience, only the finest and most valuable flavors unfold - for a coffee that not only wakes you up, but inspires you.
