Mental health with Ilona Gotz
"The art of self-regulation" for inner conflicts. A hike to the Berliner Hütte, which is the highest point in Berlin and is located, well, where? in the Tyrolean Zillertal, beyond the tree line.
It is a place where rugged nature, great architecture, history and stories come together to form a monument.
In today's hectic world, the ability to self-regulate is crucial to managing stress, achieving goals and leading a fulfilling life. The interactive seminar offered here, at the beautiful Grawand Hut, will provide you with helpful tools and strategies to manage stress. This promotes your well-being and, above all, your mental health.
Your hostess Barbara will spoil your body with delicious Tyrolean cuisine. On Friday afternoon you can hike from the parking lot of the Alpengasthof Breitlahner to the Grawandhütte in one and a half hours and gain distance from everyday life with every meter.
Ilona awaits you at this special place of power in the Zemmgrund.
Depending on your booking, you will spend the night in a single, double or triple pinewood room at the Grawandhütte.
