Cancellation conditions
Details
The terms and conditions valid at the time of conclusion of the contract apply.
Cancellations must always be made in writing!
- up to 90 days before arrival = deposit of €100 will be retained as a processing fee
- from 90 days before arrival = 80% of the total price
- 7 days before arrival = 100%
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which we always offer when booking.
In the event of a cancellation for private reasons, we will endeavor to reassign the booking period and will then release the guest from the contract largely free of charge in the event of a new booking/re-occupancy. We only retain the €100 deposit as a processing fee.
