Benedikt and Petra invite you to take a look behind the scenes of a mountain farm. They lovingly run an organic hay milk farm above Vorderhindelang. Regionality and sustainability are very important to them. The heart of the farm are the horned cows.

Bene will give you a tour of the farm and explain the daily work routine on the farm and what the blue Allgäu is all about.

The whole family and the cattle spend the summer on the Mitterhaus organic alpine pasture in Retterschwanger Tal. After the tour, you can taste the organic alpine cheese traditionally produced over an open fire and their own sausage products.
