This team event is designed for participants who would like to get to know and taste Spanish paella at a team event.
Paella is a Spanish rice dish from the pan and the national dish of the Valencia region and the Spanish east coast.
In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare this rice dish in three different variations.
We will show you how to make these recipes from the first step to the finished dish and place particular emphasis on preparation with a wide variety of products.
Of course, this is where the challenge arises for everyone, as you have to achieve the right cooking time for the rice and the perfect mixture with other ingredients.
This is how this rather simple act becomes a real work of art.
This event is led by our hotel manager, who lived and learned the culinary arts of the east coast for 18 years in Spain.
