Maypole erection

After 14 years, the time has finally come again!

This year, the Schwangau maypole will be erected at a new location (Alpseestraße 15 - opposite the ticket center) in the heart of Hohenschwangau.

From 10:00 am the Schwangau traditional costume association D'Schwanstoaner will erect the maypole, an event that brings Bavarian tradition to life.

Afterwards, the Schwangau music band and the traditional costume association will provide the best entertainment.

You can look forward to a varied culinary offer with Bavarian delicacies. Please note that only cash payment is possible there.
