PILATES is a very effective holistic training concept. All movements are performed slowly and fluidly. This makes this method very gentle and suitable for all age groups. It primarily targets the deep and usually weaker muscle groups that are important for correct and healthy posture.
Pilates is therefore not only a very effective method for back problems, but also for toning the body. The training is accompanied by calm music and includes strengthening exercises, stretching and conscious breathing.
