I am Kornelia. For over 20 years I have been using the power of different techniques to help people get rid of nervousness and inner pressure, to feel happier, to discover new solutions and paths and to better understand which decisions you should make. You will be guided by me in the group with SilberQuarzit® rituals and meditations, personal one-on-one conversations and healing sessions, learn breathing techniques and dive into your subconscious with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®: This retreat will be a particularly extraordinary experience of consciousness for you.

3 days for you - just for you!

You let go of heavy and burdensome things, stress, acidity and hardness are transformed into serenity, basic trust and softness. You will experience the essence of smoked high alpine medicinal plants and tree parts, your own mind-altering binaural sounds and chants, brainwave-changing breathing techniques and very personal healing sessions with me in the individual healing room.

Special power places surrounded by nature invite you to become mentally and emotionally healthy, as does a selected, very healthy range of delicious, fresh food.

11 a.m. Welcome with a healing drink in the yurt followed by a silver quartzite ceremony

6 p.m. SilberQuarzit® meditation in the yurt

Friday:

8 a.m. SilberQuarzit® meditation in the yurt

Individual healing sessions á 20 min from 10 am to 2 pm
