Start your morning with yoga and do something good for yourself! My classes are based on the Element Yoga method and are perfect for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Element Yoga is based on the five elements of Ayurveda, classical Hatha Yoga and findings from modern movement theory. The elements earth, water, air, fire and space are assigned to different areas of the body and are associated with mental and energetic qualities. Each class is dedicated to a different element and focuses on a specific area of the body. You can expect a soothing yoga practice that strengthens the body and calms the mind through conscious breathing. I look forward to seeing you!
About me: I completed my training at Element Yoga in Berlin and am a certified yoga teacher.
