Breakfast at the Kristallhütte - only for winter sports enthusiasts

Did you know that as a winter sports coolnest guest you can have breakfast at the Kristallhütte at 2,147m above sea level instead of at the coolnest? From 7.30 am, you can take the first gondola in the Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach ski region and enjoy the freshly groomed slopes before stopping for breakfast at the Kristallhütte. You can always have breakfast up there from 8.30 to 10.30 am and you should allow around 1 hour to get to the hut from the parking lot, including the gondola and lift ride. Secure your breakfast table at reception now! We will be happy to reserve a table for lunch or for cool DJ & music events at the hut.

Please note: In winter, you can only get to the Kristallhütte on skis or snowboard and unfortunately not on foot.

About the Kristallhütte

Like the coolnest, the Kristallhütte is run and managed by Stefan and Verena Eder. With a fantastic view in the middle of the Hochzillertal ski region, the Kristallhütte is a popular stop-off point for locals and guests from all over the Zillertal. Experience culinary highlights in the unique mountain restaurant with open show kitchen and spacious terrace with 360° panoramic views or in the cozy Wintergarten Deluxe. Experience very special moments at the Kristallhütte to the sound of hip DJs and breathtaking art on the mountain. You can also spend the night at the Kristallhütte.
