Trekking Excursion - Mount Gaviola

Overcoming only 400 meters of elevation gain, you will reach a peak of more than 3,000 meters in altitude, with a stupendous panorama of the Corno dei Tre Signori, the Gavia Pass below and the more distant mountains of the Adamello Group.

Hiking route that, starting from the Pass, follows an old military road and retraces the steps of the Alpini who, during the Great War, lived here for three long winters.

Maximum altitude: 3025 m a.s.l.

Starting point: Bonetta Refuge, Gavia Pass

Meeting time and place: 9:30 a.m. at Rifugio Bonetta, Passo Gavia

Notes: packed lunch

Each hike will be done with a minimum of 6 people.

Registration for each hike is mandatory and must be done by 4 p.m. the day before the outing.

It is the guide's discretion to modify/cancel the hike in case of particularly bad weather conditions. It is recommended that participants bring all necessary equipment for the day (food, drinks, clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, own medication etc.).
