You shouldn't miss this. Let's welcome autumn 2024 in a place made even more magical by the changing seasons. What better way to escape the "autumn blues" than handmade rock music?

The Thuringian band "Chill String" was founded in 2017.

They initially began with cover songs by carefully selected English-language alternative rock bands from the 90s, mainly in acoustic versions.

In 2020, they ventured into the world of their own German songs. The lyrics, which carry a hint of punk attitude, are just as distinctive as the band's atmospheric 90s sound.

In 2022, Chill String released their first EP called 'Seelenfrei'. One song made it onto the Thuringia sampler of the same year.

The band, which has its origins in Thuringia, gave regional radio interviews and recently decided to no longer play exclusively acoustic, but fully amplified.

Chill String love to perform live. Their energetic songs reflect their passion for music.

In 2023, there was a line-up change on the drums, which should lead the band into a new creative phase.
