REACTIVE WALKING - RUNNING MEETING

for experienced reactive walkers - today approx. 3.5 km uphill to the solstice event on the mountain where a fruity refreshment and many other activities await us.

Experience the effective whole body training in the fresh air! Mobilization and strengthening exercises get our cardiovascular system going on the track and while standing, while the granulate filling of the swinging equipment simultaneously ensures that the core and deep muscles are activated. This way the whole body is trained. A great feeling!

Practiced runners run regularly with this running group!

Therefore, it is important that you are already familiar with the technique in order to perform the exercises effectively and healthily.

TIP: at 6 pm there is a 30 min technique briefing. Here you will learn the basics for your first tour.

Borrow the swing equipment at our reception for 3 Euro and off you go! Beautiful route along the Jakobsweg and apple orchards. You can choose between four or six kilometers and exercise boards will accompany you on your way. At the end your whole body is trained. A great feeling!
