Vienna’s ball season is one of the city’s most elegant and time-honored traditions. Before the doors of its magnificent ballrooms open and the first Viennese waltz begins, a memorable evening starts at Hotel Sacher Vienna.

On four selected evenings in January 2027, we invite you to begin your ball night with an elegant culinary experience. Enjoy a seasonal three-course Chef’s Choice menu accompanied by carefully selected beverages and get into the spirit of the evening in the distinctive atmosphere of Sacher.

The dinner start time can be individually arranged to suit your ball schedule. For groups of seven or more, dinner will be served in the historic Marble Hall. A vegan menu is available upon request.
