For 3 generations, vines have been cultivated on our farm and processed into delicious wines.

Since 2016, I, Edmund Pomella, have been re-grafting our old vines, some of which are over 100 years old, into more robust grape varieties.

The biggest advantage of these "new" grape varieties is that chemical pesticides can be dispensed with while still preserving the value of the aged vines. Not only wine quality, but also quality of life and respect for nature, the plants, the soil and all living creatures.

All of this enables me to create natural and wholesome wines with a great deal of love that are good for people and, above all, do no harm to nature
